Our Avalon location is outfitted with 17 pieces of cardio equipment – treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, erg, AMTs, 1 stepmill. Full circuit – total body system. 8-station jungle gym. Free weights & dumbbells. Functional training equipment. TRX stations. 1,000 sq ft. class studio available for functional fitness, core work, stretching, jump rope and more (when classes are not in session!).

Private and Small Group Athlete Training
Competitive athletes work with NFL Strength and Conditioning Coach, Paul Ricci to improve speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility.
Group Fitness
We offer amazing group fitness classes for all fitness levels in our 1000 square-foot studio.

Beach Boot Camp
The ultimate training space, the beach.
We use bodyweight exercises, sand and fun fitness tools to create your favorite summer workout.
Workouts located on 21st Street Beach in Avalon!
Basketball
Instructional clinics available for age 4 to 7.
Camps, clinics and private training available
for age 7 and up.
Keytag Entry
365 days
5am-8pm
We are a high security, keytag entry facility, under 24 hour surveillance
with very few staff hours in the off season.

Staff will be there most days between 8am-10am,
please confirm via email first!
