Instructions for Online Livestream Classes

  1. Log on to Mindbody and create an account, BE SURE TO PROVIDE YOUR EMAIL.

  2. Search Surfside Fitness AVALON (Be sure you are not on our Sea Isle Location)

  3. Sign up for the Live Stream Class of your Choice.

  4. Cut off time to register for the class will be 1 hour prior to class start time (Register on

  5. Download the Free Zoom App on your phone or computer.

  6. You will receive an email invite 15-20 minutes before your live class begins.

  7. Click the link in the email to join the live video meeting before class start time (once class begins, join option will no longer be available, be sure to join before class starts).

  8. The class schedule and the purchase options are on (Download the Mindbody app for the most seamless experience).

  9. All online classes are $10 each, or 5 for $40.

Class Descriptions

Our total body low impact classes for all levels!


Head to toe low impact strength training. Old school aerobics meets gym rat.


Total body strength workout combined with functional training. An efficient way to boost your metabolism and build your lean muscle. 

Core Fusion

Work every inch of your body down to the tips of your barefoot toes. Mashup of yoga, kettlebells, light weights, cardio, and core work.

Total Tone

Total body workout, low impact, lots of reps infused with cardio with amazing instructors with 25 years experience teaching anything and everything. You know you are in the hands of a Master Trainer…. Follow their lead and the endorphins will follow. 


Cardio Barre

Lengthen and tone your entire bod without putting impact on your joints. With a focus on your core, glutes, quick pace, and high reps, you’ll get that lean, strong look of a dancer and build muscle endurance. 


ALL TRX! Low-impact suspension training. Strength training from the inside out! Cheryl’s favorite fitness tool! 

Mat pilates

Jenifer promotes Pilates strongly to any athlete striving for the next level of performance enhancement and injury prevention. Pilates conditioning will ensure the strength and flexibility of the spine, keeping individuals of all ages active, balanced, and pain free. 

Yoga sculpt

Warm up and cool down with yoga, mixed in with getting your heart rate pumping with cardio, and moving dynamically throughout class. Yoga sculpt combines yoga moves with light weights and fun exercises to work every muscle!

Connect breath with movement in this all-levels vinyasa yoga class. Instruction will focus on finding the optimal alignment of your body in each yoga pose, in order to reap the physical benefits of the pose and avoid injury. Class will move at a steady pace and is a great balance for athletes practicing other forms of exercise. Each class will close with a short mediation

Beach boot camp

Everything is just better at the beach! We use the soft sand, the jetties, the lifeguard stands, and the best machine of all…OUR BODIES to create the ultimate outdoor workout.

As the one and only ORIGINAL boot camp at the Jersey Shore, dating back 20 years, we are excited to bring the same total body, anything goes, circuit training, beloved from our beach boot camp, to the “courts”. We use Bodyweight, Medicine Balls, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Jump Ropes, Bands, & more to incorporate ANY exercise.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. Show up ready to go, we’ll bring out the Warrior in you!

fit hiit

High Energy Circuit Training – anything goes! Bodyweight, TRX, Kettlebells, bosus, dumbells, bands, med balls, slam balls and more! Empty your tank with this total body blaster.


Consider this optimal high intensity interval workout. 20 work, 10 rest. 8 Tabata rounds and you are set for the day.
