Head to toe low impact strength training. Old school aerobics meets gym rat.

Work every inch of your body down to the tips of your barefoot toes. Mashup of yoga, kettlebells, light weights, cardio, and core work.

High Energy Circuit Training – anything goes! Bodyweight, TRX, Kettlebells, bosus, dumbells, bands, med balls, slam balls and more! Empty your tank with this total body blaster.


HIIT. High Intensity Interval Training class with bodyweight. Push yourself for burst of power, strength and cardio! NOW OFFERED ON THE BASKETBALL COURT TOO!

ALL TRX! Low-impact suspension training.

Instructions for Online Livestream Classes

  1. Log on to Mindbody and create an account, BE SURE TO PROVIDE YOUR EMAIL.

  2. Search Surfside Fitness AVALON (Be sure you are not on our Sea Isle Location)

  3. Sign up for the Live Stream Class of your Choice.

  4. Cut off time to register for the class will be 1 hour prior to class start time (Register on

  5. Download the Free Zoom App on your phone or computer.

  6. You will receive an email invite 15-20 minutes before your live class begins.

  7. Click the link in the email to join the live video meeting before class start time (once class begins, join option will no longer be available, be sure to join before class starts).

  8. The class schedule and the purchase options are on (Download the Mindbody app for the most seamless experience).

  9. All online classes are $10 each, or 5 for $40.
