    High intensity cardio class like a step class but on a BOSU

  • BOXING

    Start with shadowboxing, quick feet drills & cardio moves like the real champions. Then add the gloves for strength & focus mitt work.

    High energy cardio & core moves just like a boxer

    High energy/low impact, combine barre work with light weights

    A total body workout that starts with low impact dance cardio, followed by barre work finishes with floor work

    Low impact, high energy class focusing on lengthening and strengthening muscles, incorporating light weights, core work, and booty burnout. Authentic ballet work off the barre.
