SHRED

Surfside’s most popular  class. Everybody loves it. Not like any other class offered anywhere. NON-STOP head to toe muscle endurance marathon, but rockin to the 80s and 90s makes it all ok!

The ultimate cardio class with mix of strength. Michele brings the highest energy intensity. Come ready for fun!

 

BEACH BOOT CAMP

Everything is just better at the beach! We use the soft sand, the jetties, the lifeguard stands, and the best machine of all…OUR BODIES to create the ultimate outdoor workout.

Powertrain with POWERHOUSE Sarah. Work Hard. Play Hard. Core Power, Cardio HIIT, & Total Body Strength Stations.

Fit HIIT

A great basic interval workout. High intensity | low impact exercises for a total body blast with Kelly.

Fusion

Use all the tools in our toolbox- BOSU, kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, slam balls etc. for a  HIIT style class
