Group Fitness Classes

Class studios in both Avalon and Sea Isle locations

To our Mindbody customers:

For the offseason, our Mindbody site will look a little different and  our specific Surfside Fitness app will no longer be available for use, but don’t worry!

You can see our schedule, book a class or buy a class pass 2 different ways.

  1. Download the MINDBODY APP.  Search Surfside Fitness in that app, choose Surfside Sea Isle City and/ or Surfside Avalon and  click on the heart to make them one of your favorites.
  2. Go to our website TRAINWITHCHERYL.COM , click on classes at the top, click  BOOK A CLASS. This will bring you to the Surfside Fitness Mindbody Page (it may only bring you to Sea Isle or Avalon, you can not see both during the offseason.

Once you are on the mindbody page, proceed as normal to see our schedule, boot a class or buy a class pass.

To recap: 

  1. The blue Surfside app on your phone will NOT work again until May 1.
  2. Download the MINDBODY App

 (instead of/in addition to Surfside App)

  1. Search for Surfside Fitness – click on your preferred location, then favorite one, or both!
  2. When reviewing our class offerings, be sure to note which location we are offering that class (we will try to make it very clear!)

ALL FALL/WINTER CLASS PASSES EXPIRE  APIRL 30, 2018.

No sharing.  No transfers. No extensions. No exceptions.

Class Cancellation Policy:

Must reserve a spot on Mindbody for class.

Must cancel before 6pm the night before a class or before 1pm for a class that evening, if you do not cancel, you will be charged for that class even if you do not attend.

We will cancel classes with less than 4 participants, so to be sure we will hold class reserve your spot in advance.  We will notifiy only those that have booked the class, via email, that class is cancelled if we do so.

    Indoor cycling cardio ride

  • SPIN & SHRED

    Alternate between spin & total body strength training

  • POWER CIRCUIT

    HIIT Circuit Class. Anything goes.  TRX, KBs, Bodyweight, etc

  • SHRED

    Head to toe low impact strength training. Old school aerobics meets gym rat. 

  • TABATABOD

    4 minute interval workout to get fit quick

  • TRX TOTALBOD

    Suspension strength training from the inside out

  • MAT PILATES

    Exercises conditioning the total body to improve posture & reduce stress

  • BEGINNER YOGA

    Basic yoga for all bodies. Seniors welcome!

  • BOSU

    High intensity cardio class like a step class but on a BOSU

  • BOXING

    Start with shadowboxing, quick feet drills & cardio moves like the real champions. Then add the gloves for strength & focus mitt work.

  • CARDIO KICKBOX

    High energy cardio & core moves just like a boxer

  • CARDIO BARRE

    High energy/low impact, combine barre work with light weights

  • MEET ME AT THE BARRE

    A total body workout that starts with low impact dance cardio, followed by barre work finishes with floor work

  • LEAN BARRE

    Low impact, high energy class focusing on lengthening and strengthening muscles, incorporating light weights, core work, and booty burnout. Authentic ballet work off the barre.
